The prices are inclusive linnen, towels, soap and use of all facilitities, except drinkingwater and the cleaning costs.

• The water is from our own well, good to use for cooking but not drinking.

• In august the minimum nights is 3

The payment consists of two parts:

• Part I Advanced deposit, 20% of the Total amount, with a minimum of €200,-.

• Part II Total amount minus part I

• Part III DEPOSIT - refundable € 300,- geplaatst worden.

Cancellation policy

More than 8 weeks before the start of the retreat, you have the option to cancel the retreat. If you had already paid, you will be refunded 80% of the total amount immediately. It is also possible to postpone the retreat once. The new total amount will then be offset against 100% of the old total amount. Full payment must be in our bank account 8 weeks before the start. If this is not the case, we may offer the accommodation to third parties, in which case you will receive an 80% refund.

If you cancel the retreat between:

- 8 and 6 weeks you will receive a 75% refund;

- 6 and 4 weeks you will receive a 70% refund of the total amount;

- 4 and 2 weeks you will receive a 50% refund of the total amount;

- 2 and 0 weeks you will receive a 25% refund of the total amount;
